WEDDING FLOWERS
A personalised service with large scale installations, a variety of arrangements, table centrepieces, styling and personal flowers. Beginning with a moodboard, we will work based on your style and design for you an event that is memorable. We want you to have a stress-free process leading to the big day! From ballroom to outdoor wedding, winery or beach-side wedding venue, any space is not complete without flowers and we are here to make your wedding day your best dream come true. Minimum investment $3500

FLOWER à LA CARTE
If you already know the quantity you need, our "À La Carte" offering is the one for you! All floral arrangements will be composed of "seasonal" or "florist choice" flowers in the preferred colour palette. Minimum investment $500

OUR PROCESS
Here's an overview of what you can expect working with us. We're known for our personalized approach and our attention to detail — you're a client for life.
1. inquire
We'd be honoured to be a part of your day! Please let us know which service you're wanting to book. We will then send you a client application form which will give us more details about your event.
Send through all that INSPO!
We'd love to see your Pinterest board(s) and inspiration images via email before our online meeting.
We'll then send you a link to book a quick chat (15min) to go through the basic details and budgeting.
2. initial CONSULT
3. planning / consulting
We'll look to refine your collection of images and compile a list of floral options, working with seasonality and your desired style.
We'll also send you a link for our 30min consultation booking.
4. proposal
Your proposal and its contents are valid for 30 days. We can hold your date for 7 days following when it is sent. Please note, after this time your date is no longer secure without receiving your deposit.
5. booking the date
A non-refundable 25% deposit is due to secure your booking.
This initial payment is non-refundable because it precludes us from booking
another event on your event date. This payment will be deducted from the total owing.
Once your deposit is received your booking date is securely yours!
6. wedding preparation
8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date we will be in touch to check in and redefine your floral choices, quantities and logistics (if necessary).
In the meantime, we welcome you to email us any new details or inspiration you may find.
Your final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding day.

How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?
Once you have your wedding venue booked, you can reach out to us. We can be booked up to a year ahead especially if your wedding falls in Spring (Oct - Dec)
What is the average cost of wedding flowers?
The minimum investment of wedding flowers covering both ceremony and reception is from $4000. Additionally, we offer an à la carte floral service tailored for more intimate celebrations, such as bridal party bouquets, with a minimum spend requirement of $500.
Do you offer consultations and how do they work?
Yes, we offer consultations to ensure your wedding floral vision comes to life. Our consultations typically involve discussing your preferences, theme, color scheme, and budget. We'll work closely with you to understand your unique style and preferences. During the consultation, we'll provide expert advice and suggestions tailored to your needs. Whether you prefer an in-person meeting, phone call, or video chat, we're flexible to accommodate your schedule and preferences. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and personalized experience as we bring your dream wedding flowers to fruition.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Additional charges will apply for site visit and additional consultations/meetings outside the complementary sessions. Other charges including a delivery fee, labour fee, and bump-out fee on setup day.
On the day of your event, our team of skilled florists will be present to craft installations and complete the setup, ensuring your wedding vision becomes a reality.
Do you provide rental options for centerpiece containers and other decor?
Based on your preferred style, we'll recommend complementary decor items to enhance the floral arrangements. Occasionally, we collaborate with third-party vendors to fulfill specific requests. We maintain a curated selection of vases and decorative pieces like plinths for you to select from. Additionally, we provide the option to purchase candles directly from us to further accentuate your wedding ambiance.
