Terms & Conditions

 

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT

The intellectual property rights in all content and imagery on this website remain the property of PRETTY WILD FLOWERS and are protected by copyright laws.You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, reproduce or copy any content found on this website. Any imagery sent to the sender/recipient is for personal use only and must not be distributed in any way.


SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 3 - PAYMENT 

All payments through this website is in Australian Dollars. All pricing includes GST and excludes delivery cost. We accept payment by credit card, paypal, or afterpay. All payments may subject to a surcharge levied by third party applications. 

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCT LIST AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our product listing without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

SECTION 6 - CANCELLATION & CHANGES

We require notice of at least four 48 hous prior to the date of the order; if you have any changes in your order or if you would like to cancel your order. 

We do not provide refunds for order cancellation on our website. You may nominate a different delivery date for your cancelled order. For any cancellation done within 24 hrs of delivery date, we will charge an additional administration fee of $20. 

 

SECTION 7 - PRODUCT INFORMATION & SUBSTITUTION

As flowers are products of nature, they come in different colours and grow in different seasons. For this reason, all product information, images and descriptions are for illustration purposes only and do not reflect or represent the final product. Style and product choice remain at the discretion of Pretty Wild Flowers and may be subjected to change from what is communicated without notice.

Any images related to a product are for demonstration purposes only, specific floral choices, vase, paper and ribbon selection remain at the discretion of Pretty Wild Flowers and will change with each arrangement. Any specific requests need to be made via email and are subjected to seasonal availability. Where product substitutions occur, products of equal or greater value will be used.



SECTION 6 - DELIVERY 
We may engage third party courier in delivering our products. While we have ensured to use a reliable partner in delivery, we are not liable for theft, damage or loss of product during transit. 

The sender will be responsible for ensuring all recipient address details are correctly communicated. Any unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery details will be subject to a re-delivery fee, payable by the sender. Pretty Wild Flowers will endeavour to communicate with the sender and the recipient upon failed delivery, taking all reasonable measures to ensure there is a safe place to leave the arrangement. 

The sender will also be responsible for ensuring that delivery of goods to a secured premises (eg apartment, secured building, gated premises) will be received by the recipient, or give us permission to leave the arrangement in a safe place by the premises.  In the event of failure delivery,  the arrangement will be returned to the Pretty Wild Flowers studio and a re-delivery fee charged.

Alternatively, curbside pickup will be available, with respect to our hours of operation, by either the sender or the recipient. Valid identification may be required.

SECTION 7 - RETURN & REFUND 

Pretty Wild Flowers always ensures to use fresh blooms in our arrangement. If you are not happy with the arrangement, please write to us and send us a photo at hello@prettywildflowers.com.au within 24 hrs of delivery date. 

Floral product sold on this website is subject to natural conditions, seasonality, local availability and is a perishable product. Returns and refunds will be handled by management and where applicable, will be processed in 7 business days.
